I have some layouts that I currenly will print to PDF and then email to users manually. I can autoscript a basic send email function but how can I send all users a report based on the layout? It would need to show totals or summaries of various fields.

I can't script a print to PDF function, and I can script an export to DBF and then send, but am concerned about getting the format acceptable at user end.

I'm really looking to do one of the following:

Send an excel attachment with field totals

Send a PDF attachment of layout

Send a an email with calcuated body field containing portal rows

Any suggestions, starting points?
