Reports don't print for 1 user only

I have a client with the following:

FMPS 5.5

FMP 6.0v4

OSX (Panther)

This is very strange. All reports in the system print perfectly for all users except for one person. She can print from all apps and even other FMP files (files not part of the above system) but not reports within the system. I've reinstalled FMP, tried other printers, downloaded latest os patches and am now out of ideas. I have also found that if she selects "Preview" from the print dialog box and then selects print from Preview it prints fine. I'm assuming this works since FMP lets go and Preview takes over.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
