I have a fm6 DB running on a eMac (with Server 5.5). I would like to enable access for our remote sites and employees working from home ( 6 - 7 users).

We have a 512mb Broadband link and we are all Mac OS 9 to 10.3.5.

Is Terminal Service a option and if so what will I need? Will I be able to access TS from a Mac?

Any help will be much appreciated.

I have both a Terminal Server machine and a Citrix machine on my site doing exactly what you are suggesting.

Microsoft has a free Terminal Server Client that works with OS X only. Citrix has a free client that works with OS 9 or OS x. So, if you have any OS 9 clients, you need Citrix. You will also need CALs (Client Access Licenses) for the Terminal Server (and Citrix if you are going to ue that) but Yes, this will work.

There are issues (performance, printing, etc) but I have 15-20 people using mys system remotely.
