clifford Posted September 3, 2004 Posted September 3, 2004 filemaker states that you can synchronize with runtime applications created with FileMaker Developer 7, however i notice that i need to have full access to the runtime database before i can do the settings in fm mobile. doesn't this defeat the purpose of having a runtime database since anybody with full access will be able to modify layout, delete and add records at will? how can i create a read only runtime database, then transfer the database to fm mobile? regards, clifford
