AndriesV Posted January 22, 2002 Share Posted January 22, 2002 Hi Rick, check out http://www.fmforums.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=15&t=000706 You could use the 2nd part to excute a batch file that renames your file with the logic for the renaming in the batch file; or you could have Filemaker create an export file with the required rename-filename and use this as input parameter for the batch file.
