Error 1003

When I tried to start the Filemaker Server 7 service, it shows the below error:-

"Could Not Start The Filemaker Server 7 Servic on Local Computer.

Error 1003: Cannot complete this function."

Any clue? Logon user already has administrative rights on the server. The server is on Windows 2000 Server, SP4.

Did you recently install FM server or is this something that just started to happen?

I had that error right after installing FM 7 Server. A reboot of the Windows machine solved it.
