Trying to find totals of certain data fields

Here is the problem: I have three locations that produce numerous contracts; and each contract must include down payment, monthly payment, & number of months to pay off. I would like to be able to track by month, year, and break down by one or more locations within a given month or year. What would be the easiest design to accomplish my goals?
