Oh, for the life of me I've looked and looked. I practiced on vs. 6 before we bought 7 and 6 had where I could say a calculation needed to be true and if so someone couldn't change it. It had all kinds of things. I have been all through accounts and privilegs and can't find it. I swear I looked everywhere and even help won't say. I created extended privileges and still nothing more comes up.

I feel silly asking because it must be there somewhere but I need it really bad.

Choose "Custom Privileges" from the "Records:" popup when creating a new Privilege Set.

You can then choose "limited..." for the "Edit" popup, and put in a calculation.

Oh, i feel silly indeed. Thank you Shadow. Maybe I'm wrong but I think FM could have made it a little more obvious. I'm not known as a dummy. I couldn't look in the book because boss has it. I plan on taking that book back from him.

Of course if it was very obvious it won't be much good at protecting, I suppose.
