I have the same problem Vandy had back in June 04. I have a layout where one of the fields is a comment. The comment can be one word to 1000 words long. I have placed it on a layout, highlighted it in layout mode, clicked Format, Sliding Print and checked Sliding Up Based On All Above and also clicked on Also reduce. I do not get the expected results. All that is printed or in preview mode is the one line.

Any suggestions out there?

Hi, Tammy. Make the field height far larger than it needs to be for the maximum amount of text you will have.
