Hi,

Has anyone succeeded in building a really complex solution based on 3-file separation model scheme? If so - could you please share your opinion on this.

What are the three files? Data, Interface, and B)

By Business Logic do you mean internal variables, temp fields, etc.?

It is my understanding that Business Logic or Rules are the calculation, summary and global fields that are used. I also beleive that a reports should be in this file.

The Data file holds only pure data, Text, Number, Date, Time, TimeStamp and Container fields.

The Interface file has no or only one table. It is used to communicate with the user.
