Backing up a single database in FMP Server 5

I've got FMP server 5 running about 10 databases. I'm trying to backup a single database to a specific location. When I set the backup schedule and try to choose just one database, the databases are greyed out. Using FMP schedules, can I only backup folders or all of the databases? I'd prefer not to separate the databases into separate folders. I'm not too good at AppleScript, so if that is my only choice, does anyone have a sample script that I could look at?
