Is this an account/privilege problem?

I want to edit a (global) field but I am unable to do so in a web browser yet I have no problem in FileMaker itself. I gave full access to guest and even tried to login as admin but still can't edit anything.

Please advise

If you have guest access on, then you will always log in as guest over the web. And guest access is always read-only.
