Custom Web Publishing help

Featured Replies

I need some help with custom web publishing and don't know where to turn. So, what I am proposing (especially if there are other education people here), is to open source our solution so I can get an understanding of XSLT and how all this works with FileMaker Pro Advanced Server.

So, I need to know how to go about this. I can post my .xsl files on my web site, or bundle them up with the fp7 databases for others to look at.

What I haven't figured out so far:

1) How to create a populated popup menu on the web.

2) How to show a detail record with an accompanying related list of records on the same web page.

The database is a Curriculum Database with Wisconsin State Standards.

The first search page works well (except for the Department popup menu). Brings up a list of Courses. BUT, clicking on a Course on the search_results web page is suppose to bring up detail on the Course, plus a list of all the objectives. That is what is not working. Only one objective will show. Don't know why.

Any help appreciated.

BTW: If you want to see a working FileMaker Pro 6 version, go to
