i get error when i try to print from specific DB

Hello,

I was wondering if someone can give me hand with this. i am trying to print from database call Enrollment Tracking but the record doesnt print out. instead i see the error in the printer menu "900 Service RIP Software". i can print from other programs but just filemaker pro. i reinstall the driver and it just happening with two computer which are running mac os X 10.3.5. I can print find from a different computer with the same setting. any help would be appreciate it.
