I have a comprehensive address database and I am trying to create a label printing solution.

My problem is that occasionally it would be nice when printing to a predefined label sheet such as Avery layouts, to specify how many blank spaces to skip based on a variable field. This way a sheet that has already been used and has several spare labels is not wasted.

I am sure that this could be done by creating a script which creates several blank records in the found set, sorts them so that they appear at the top and then deletes them after printing.

Does any one have any suggestions on a better way of doing this?
