Chris Christou Posted October 29, 2004 Share Posted October 29, 2004 I have a comprehensive address database and I am trying to create a label printing solution. My problem is that occasionally it would be nice when printing to a predefined label sheet such as Avery layouts, to specify how many blank spaces to skip based on a variable field. This way a sheet that has already been used and has several spare labels is not wasted. I am sure that this could be done by creating a script which creates several blank records in the found set, sorts them so that they appear at the top and then deletes them after printing.
