November 3, 200421 yr Hi I would like to disable the menu which pops up on screen when you right click a filemaker database, which gives you the option to "copy / new / duplicate / delete" a record. I know I could simply restrict permissions for a given user - however I do still want them to be able to do these things but only by clicking the buttons I make for them and in the right context, not just by simply right-clicking. Thanks

July 27, 201114 yr Hello, I am using FileMaker Pro 10 Advanced and FileMaker Pro 11 Advanced. Will you plaese tell me that, by which option I can achieve this task. Thanks in advance.
July 27, 201114 yr Almost the same: File -> Manage Security -> Privilege Sets -> Available menu commands = minimum.
July 28, 201114 yr And in FileMaker® Pro 11, whenever you create a new Privilege Set, the Menu Options by default are set to Minimum. And you should always create a new custom Privilege Set for all subordinate classes of users, rather than using the default ones.
