For some reason, I am only able to view 5 records at a time in a Layout that I have created to show lists. For example, if 25 records meet my search criteria, it will be put on five pages (five records on each.) How can I change this??!

Short answer, you can't change the 5-record limit in IWP. You can use a portal instead of list view as a workaround though. Or you can use custom web publishing.... but you need server advanced for that. If you have filemaker developer, you can use the server advanced developer license to develop and test custom web solutions (you're just limited to 3 conc. connections)
