Running FMS Advanced and getting good results - just have a nagging problem. A couple of web users complain that their connection times out too fast. Any experience with this?

BTW, I have both the FMS admin (host) and the Web Publishing Engine set to a pretty generous timeout/idle limit. Thought I had solved the problem last week when I realized that the web publishing engine was set at less than the FMS admin.
