problem with sending to found set

So I've gotten to the point where I can successfully send e-mail using a template that takes the name and e-mail address from a record and puts them in the appropriate fields and creates a lovely, individualized e-mail in Entourage. My problem is that when I modify the scripts to "Use all records in found set" (in the "Send Mail" specify dialogue in the To: field), I get nothing. When I click on the button to run the script, Entourage pops up, but no e-mail is created.

If I simply go back to the "Send Mail" specify dialogue and click "Use current record" in the To: specify field, it works perfectly.

I'm currently using a sample found set of 4 records.

Does anyone have any advice????
