I would like to find a template which covers monthly sales records for a small sales team. I have to administer total sales, commissions etc by sales person and branch.

If possible I would like to run data I already have for the last 3 years.

All the templates I have seen on the internet seem to be fully blown accounting packages for contacts, invoicing inventory etc which I do not need.

Any suggestions?

Attached is a sample of Data.

I would like to create a template which allows input by Agent on a monthly basis. If possible I would like to have the possibility of a drop down field for the year, so that multiple years of data can be added and viewed on a year by year basis.

I would then like to generate a number of sales reports which give me

Totals and Averages by each location for sales and commission.

By the way the template you sent could not be edited, is this intentional or am I doing something wrong?
