I have FMP Server 5.5 running on an Xserve DP G5 with 4 gig RAM. All clients are a mix of Panther, Jaguar, & OS 9.2.2. I have 2 sites accessing these databases. Host & Remote. The remote site is connected via a PTP full T1. There is a significant bottleneck at the remote site when viewing records in any of these databases. Does anyone have a clue whiy the users at the host site see none of this (execept for the obvious 10/100 LAN versus the 1.5 mpbs on the T1) and the remote site users may wait up to 2 minutes to move from one record to the next? Any advice would certainly be welcomed! :)
