Hi Everyone -

I'm relatively new to clever Filemaker scripts, and I can't seem to figure out a problem. I am making an invoice database. I need to update information in one window based on what is in another main window. I need the secondary window to figure out which customer I'm on in the main window, and lookup their invoices based on the customer info. I can manually punch numbers in, and it works fine, but I want to be able to write a script and assign it to a button in the main window.

The script should pop open a new window and lookup whatever is currently open in the main window. I don't know how to "grab" a number out of a window - if someone could tell me what command that is, I'd be grateful.
