A little FMP Help...Pretty Please!

Sorry this is lengthly.....

I have made a simple Customer Database (Company, Name, Address, etc.)

I have made a Job Ticket Database that picks up information from my Customer Database.

Sometimes, under one company, I have multiple contacts, but the autofill in the job ticket will pick-up the company and USE the first contact alphbetically. I am unable to get to the next contact in the list under the same company.

First, any suggestions?

I have tried to make a client ID cell. So where as I can type a code for the company and get all info, but this only works if I do enter everything this way. I can not fiqure out how to be able to automate input using (2) differnt methods simotaneously. I hope that made sense.

I am currently changing Company Names (Ex. The ABC Company_01, The ABC Company_02, etc.)

This seems to be the only logical way to retain the appropriate contact to the company, but it just seems there is a better way.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Mike
