savage Posted December 31, 2004 Posted December 31, 2004 We need a FileMaker 7 plugin or another way of displaying the current window without scrollbars, and without FileMaker 7 zoom/mode/status area controls in the lower left corner.
RalphL Posted December 31, 2004 Posted December 31, 2004 Please don't double post. Take a look at the SecureFM plug-in from NMCI. http://www.nmci.com
savage Posted January 1, 2005 Author Posted January 1, 2005 Thanks for your reply, Ralph. Sorry for double posting. I've never used a forum before. I'm trying to teach myself. I have Secure FM7 plugin. Unless I'm missing something, it only allows you to lose the "status bar," i.e., the one that says "For Help Press F1" of the left, and "NUM" on the right. I want to lose the zoom controls and mode control that lets you select Browse, Find, Layout and Preview. Also I want to selectively lose the scroll bars, which FM7 apparently doesn't do. Do you have any more suggestions? Thanks again. Ed
RalphL Posted January 1, 2005 Posted January 1, 2005 The script step Set Zoom Level [Lock; 100%] on the Mac greys these out. I think if you disable the menu for mode with SecureFM you also lock control on the bottom of screen. I haven't test this in FMP7 yet. It worked that way in pre 7.
