Filemaker Dev7 on WinXP. Script uses "Import Records" to allow user to open a text file of their choice. "Perform without dialog" is checked. "Specify data source" is UNchecked. "Specify Import order" is checked. In developer, when script gets to this step, it displays an open dialog box. I choose the file and it works great. When I make it into my runtime solution, it skips this step. I've tried with error capture on and off, and a lot of other things to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

have you tried building the runtime on a different computer?

wow, it worked on a different computer...i uninstalled and reinstalled fmdev7 on the problematic computer, and it worked properly...you sure are smart
