auto enter curent date in field

Please help me. I'm sure this is so simple it's pathetic but I can't figure out how to automatically have FM7 input today's date into a field so I can use it in a calculation. I'm sure it's a simple click of some button in some hidden window somewhere. Thank you.

use Get(CurrentDate) in your calculation
