If the result of the calculation is numeric, you can round the result off to a fixed number of decimal places using the round function

example:

round(field1/field2,2) rounds the result to 2 decimal places.

If your refering to text results you may want to be more specific.

Does anyone know the maximum length of a calculation in FM 5? I have a very long calc. When I press OK after typing in the long calc, FM closes and when I reopen it the calc is gone.
