Is there a way to prevent a user from quiting the file or application if he forgot to fill out a field.

I played with a script, and the file option on exit the file. But no luck!

You have take complete control. Make everything be done by abutton you provide. Use SecureFM plug-in to remove menus and to prevent from quiting by clicking on the box in the upper-left corner.
