Lookup value without exact match???

Is there any way to look up a value from another table if the Key field is not an exact match? For example, I enter part # J1234 in my quote form. If J1234 does not exist in my pricebook, but J1234A does... can I have it return the lookup data for J1234A?

When you define the lookup you can define what it does if there is not an exact match. You can go to the next higher or next lower or set it to some value. Check the dialog box for making a lookup.
