FM Server 5.5v4 and OS 10.3.7 vs OS 9.2.2

I'm upgrading from FM Server 5 to 5.5v4. Is there any advantage or disadvantage to changing from OS 9.2.2 to OS 10.3.7 at the same time? Server is a G4 Tower (733mhz) with 384MB of ram.

384MB of ram is on the low side for Mac OS X, but is probably fine if this machine just does FM Server.

Once you've applied all the latest FM updates, I've found 5.5v4 and 10.3.5 to be rock solid.

Beware 10.3.6 and 10.3.7 -- there were some nasty bugs relating to firewire drives. 10.3.8 just came out today, so not sure where I'd go. If you are just starting, and have time, I'd try 10.3.8 and see. It's likely to be good.
