Guess I posted to the wrong area...so here goes again. I have placed a portal on my sales layout from my products list. I can get it to select a record from a pop-up menu to display a record from products...great, however, on the next line when I choose another record the first line is replaced to match the second line.

Plus the third row will not show the menu to select another Product ID??

Any ideas? Thanks.

Can you post your file to help explain the problem more precisely? Is the popup in the portal or is it a separate field on the layout that is filtering your portal?

Thanks for your reply. I figured it out. I was overwriting my product list with the portal. I created a seperate Line item file and it is working fine.
