Does anyone know how to lighten up the highlight color so that I can still see my text when it is highlighted? I've looked all over here and also on usenet in some of the Windows groups. In Word and Outlook, etc. when the text is highlighted it changes color to a contrast so you can still see it. Not so with FileMaker. On my Mac at home I can have the highlight color be anything I choose.....I can't find anything like that on the Windows machine here at work....What to do? Thanks.

Make the text field an auto-enter calc with a case function that changes the color of the text based on whether or not the field is highlighted.

Ex: Case (not IsEmpty (Highlight) ; White (Text) )

Or you can use the TextColor function to turn your text into any color you wish.
