web companion plugin missing from filemaker 7 pro?

I bought this bout a month ago in the hopes I can creat database driven web pages

everything I find on internet says I should have this plugin and I don't

is there another way to do this is my program messed up

am I missing something here or what

With 7 isn't it a plugin any more, just open the menu Filemaker Pro and choose Sharing > Instant Web Publishing...
