Vaughan Posted February 16, 2005 Share Posted February 16, 2005 This is a schronisation issue. Best to start with the synchronisation rules: decide what to do when the records are compared. Record A is newer than Record B Record B is newer than Record A Record does not exist in A Record does not exist in B And so on. Belive it or no, getting these rules worked out is usually the most difficult part. The synchronisation is technically relatively easy: loop through the records and move data between tables with Set Field calculations. Or perform an import to update the existing records.
