You need to set their "Available menu commands," in their Privilege Set, in Accounts & Privileges, to "Editing Only," or "Minimum."

Then their command keys for Find will no longer work; which, in this case, is a good thing. Neither will the keys for New Record. So you have to give them buttons for what they need to do.

If you don't know what the above terms are, you should read about it, at least in the FileMaker Help. It's critical to know for a multi-user situation.

I have a couple of example files in the Sample files specifically on scripting Account creation. I don't know a beginners tutorial about Accounts, but I'm sure there are some. The Help is fairly good. There is a fair amount of intermediate material on the FileMaker site, in the Migration documents; much of it written by Steven Blackwell, who has several posts here, under the user name of "Old Advance Man." I imagine any FileMaker book would have a substantial section about this. Well worth learning.
