Yes... switch to all non-maximised windows.

Here is another FMP 7 hint though: fields on layouts now have selective entry for browse and find modes, so you might be able to use just one layout.

A lot of developers that went window-crazy with FMP 7 are now scaling back and returning to a one (non-maximised) window model. This minimises the amount of window management required, which is often under estimated and frequently completely absent.
