Conditional Value Frustrations

Featured Replies

I've got a company table, company location table and contact table. When I run a quote I want the user to be able to input the company code (tbl_Company) which brings up a conditional value list of Company's offices and then, once that office has been chosen, a list of contacts at that particular office.

I have achieved the first bit but I just can't get the contacts to come up properly.

I've attached the relationships graph and the value lists for company are based on fields from Company 3. The value list for Co.Loc are based on fields from Co Location 7 starting from Company 3.

I've tried loads of combinations for the contacts - so many I'm now soooooo confused. I'd appreciate any help!

For the value list of Contacts by Company Location, you'll need a relationship from tbl_quote to a new TO of tbl_contact based on Company Location Ref.

In the Contact Table, is the Company Location Reference field indexed?
