Repeating Portions in a Preview

Newbies

I have a simple layout that shows about 40-50 fields with text. In order to set the sliding options I have added lines between each field (allowing the text and field value to stay together). However, when I then set the sliding the last 4 rows start to repeat on a second page when I am in the preview mode.

For example if I have:

Project Name: My project Project ID: 2U76

Type: Acquisition Class: Dedicate

Recommendations: Complete acquisition prior to construction.

Date: 1/2/2005

Related Gap: Smith Gap Gap ID: 222

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Everything will show on the first page but then from: "Recommendations: Complete acquisition prior to construction." down it will repeat on a second page.

Any help appreciated!
