Oldfogey Posted February 23, 2005 Posted February 23, 2005 My client is planning to upgrade from a WIN and Mac/Citrix/FMP V6 network to possibly OSX or Win Server plus FMP V7, probably not FMP Server as their traffic is minimal. They are also considering Developer. Question. If we have Developer and we develop Custom Functions, can we put them into the 'standard' copies of FMP? The FMI documentation implies that you can but it is rather vague. If we can, how do we get them into the standard copies?
Ender Posted February 23, 2005 Posted February 23, 2005 Yes, you can paste the custom functions in a new or existing FM7 file using Developer, then the functions will be available for FM7 Client. They show up in the function list just like the other calculation functions.
