I recently setup Filemaker Server 7 Pro, and for some reason once in a while when a lot of people try to connect to the filemaker server it wont' work. I thought 250 people could connect simaultanesously? The maximum I can get is 7, and I set in the server to allow up to 100 connections. Is there another setting that I am forgetting? Thanks.

Except for volume licenses, the server keeps track of which license codes are actually in use so that the same license can't login more than once at a time. Do all of your clients have unique license codes or are you using volume licensing?

Is there an error that comes up? Check the Event.log to see if there's a hint as to why the connection was refused.

Check to make sure that you are calling all the files the same way: ie admin.yourcompanyname.com or http:127.0.0.1. When you mix them, server considers them separate licenses and users.
