March 1, 200520 yr I created the script and everything worked fine with Entourage but it will not work with Mac Mail. actually, it only worked some times with Entourage. Can anyone help me trouble shoot this? I tried using FM Server and FM Pro and still now luck.
March 14, 200520 yr Howdy! You may want to try a very simple version of your script first just to make sure the technologies are working properly. Make a script with just the send mail step in a fresh database with only 1 or 2 field values, launch Mail, and see if the message is generated when you run the script. My guess is that something else is going on that's causing the script to fail, not the technologies invovled, since I do not think others have problems w/Mail. If the script is large, you might be able to duplicate it and debug it in parts. Good luck! --ST
