Popup date not updating, DH Needed

I have some served files that have date fields with today's date as a popup. I know the server needs to do something each night to make the correct date popup each day. I've had other people handle this in the past, but I now need to step up to the plate. Does anyone want to be a designated hitter and help me out. I believe it has something with shutting down FM each night.

You're not using the Today function, are you? If you use Status(CurrentDate) it should work fine. Otherwise, more info is needed.

The TODAY function is NLA in FMP 7, so start writing it out of all your existing FMP 6 and earlier databases now.

As Stanley, the Status( CurrentDate ) function is the modern way of doing it in FMP 6, renamed to Get (CurrentDate ) in FMP 7
