Newbies MickJ Posted March 4, 2005 Newbies Posted March 4, 2005 Hi, I now have FileMaker Pro 7. I share databases with others who are still FileMaker Pro 3. Can the common data-bases which get converted to .fp7 format when I open, be exported/converted back to .fp3 format? The data-bases are relatively simple, including graphics. But not so simple for a supported export such as .csv, .txt, .tab file Thanks in advance,
Ender Posted March 4, 2005 Posted March 4, 2005 No, FM7 is not cross compatible with previous versions. You might consider trying instant web publishing, as the clients only need up-to-date web browsers.
