Is there a way w/out using plug-in to disable the Drop-down menu on top of FileMaker? My intention is to disable the menu for users but allow admin/programmers to have "normal" access.

The closest plug-in I found is http://www.dacons.net/fmplugins/menucontrol/extfunc/extfunc.html but it cost $89!!!
