Pages not numbering correctly

I have Filemaker Pro 6. In the Print Preview screen, the record will show up as page 3 and the Index will show up as page 3 for the record. However, when I print it out, it starts to shift and the record that should be at the top of page 3 will print at the bottom of page 2 from the printer but the Index won't update and will still list that record as page 3 even though now it appears on page 2. Any ideas how to fix? I'm not familiar with Filemaker Pro at all and this is the first that it's been brought to my attention. Any help would be appreciated.

Mke sure you are using FMP 6.0v4 -- the important thing is the "v4" here. Patch updates are free from the FMI web site.
