Hello,

Filemaker 3.0 Server on a MAC G4 suddenly refuses to sort. I have 18 thousand records that uses about 37 mgs. Whenever I try to sort, Filemaker just closes incredibly quickly. Any thoughts? Is there a repair/analysis tool that I can run? I did try deleting the preferences.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

Check the maximum file size limit for FMP 3... was it as low as 32 MB?

Start looking for backup and begin testing them to see if the error persists.
