Reed Posted March 19, 2005 Posted March 19, 2005 Hi, I recently purchased a DYMO 330 label printer which seems to work fine in most respects. The problem I am having is that even when I specify a certain paper (label) size in the print setup script step, it is not saved in the script and always reverts to some default. Has anyone else seen this kind of behavior? I haven't had a chance to try it on my Mac yet, as this solution will generally be used through Windows. Thanks, Dana

The Mad Jammer Posted March 21, 2005 Posted March 21, 2005 If you are using a script step to print the labels you should update the script step. To do this go through the printer setup again, then open the script and edit it. Click OK and when prompted select "Replace" in the print setup radio button. This should save the printer setting.
