Can any of you guys recommend a no-frills easy to use and cheap dialog plugin that gives me the ability to include upto 6 fields, where the user can populate the fields with either a text field, or a pop up menu.

Im developing an application, which I intend to sell as a runtime solution, so I'd ultimately like to get a single user developer licence.

I only know of troi dialog, but that has way too many features, is there something more cheaper and simpler out there?

Try the Troi Dialog Plugin. It can take input from upto 9 fields. I use all the time for data entry and editing. It has some real bells and whistles if you need them.
