I am new to FM 7.0 and have accepted a projet from my employer to create a set of forms that are printable. I could really use help with a few things like creating a drop down list box then when value in drop down list box is a,b,c,d, or e put text/.gif/.jpeg/value in space 1,2,3,4 etc on form/page 1, 2, 3, or 4....

any help would be great

Hi, Silose. First, please do not double-post. Definitely do not triple or quadruple-post. [color:"red"]And never, ever hijack someone else's thread. Post your question once, and someone will get to it; if no one replies after a reasonable amount of time, it is generally accepted for you to reply to your own post to bring it back to the top of the list. Violating these rules is the best way to ensure that nobody will reply to your questions.

Second: For creating a drop-down list, you will do well to read the manual. If you want to use the contents of a field to determine what picture is displayed in another field, a calculation may be your best bet. We would need more specifics before we could give a good answer.

But in your case, i would start off with the manual or a good book, such as "Using FileMaker 7" by Lane, Bowers, Love, and Moyer.
